What you are buying
One Setronome unlock, for one person, for $4.99 once.
It does not renew. There is no subscription, no monthly charge and no second invoice ever. One purchase unlocks Setronome on iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and the web. You are buying the product, not a copy of it per device.
Setronome is bought here, on this website. The charge is ours and it appears on your statement as SETRONOME, which is the descriptor set on the account rather than the company name. This website is where the money is taken. If you ever buy inside the iPhone app instead, Apple takes that payment and Apple refunds it, and the section below says which is which.
Where you bought it decides who refunds it
This is the only complicated thing on this page, and it is worth reading before you write to anybody.
If you bought here, which today is the only place you can, we took the payment and we refund it. Write to support@setronome.io from the address on the account, say you want a refund, and we will issue one.
If that address is not one you can write from, because it was mistyped at signup or because it was a school address you no longer have, send the Stripe receipt instead, or the last four digits of the card and the date of the charge. The receipt identifies the purchase on its own. Nobody is kept from a refund, or from their account, by an address they cannot reach.
If you bought inside the iPhone app, Apple took the payment and only Apple can refund it. We cannot see that transaction, reverse it, or refund it on your behalf. This is not a policy we chose; it is how in-app purchases work. Request it from inside the app, under Settings, Ask Apple for a refund, which opens Apple’s own request; or at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you get stuck there, write to us anyway and we will tell you what we can.
Asking for one
Ask and you get your money back. There is no form, no ticket number and no retention offer.
After about six months our payment processor will no longer reverse the original charge, so a refund that old is sent back another way rather than refused. It is the same answer and it takes a little longer.
There is no time limit written here on purpose. Somebody who buys Setronome in August and finds in October that it is not what their ensemble needed is exactly who a refund is for, and a thirty-day rule would have already expired by the time they knew.
A refund request is answered by a person, usually the same day.
What happens to your work when you refund
Nothing. We never had it.
Shows, tempo maps, sets, rehearsal plans, practice history and settings are files on your device or data in your browser. There is no cloud copy, so there is nothing for a refund to reach. What ends is the unlock: the app stops opening its paid features. Everything you made is still sitting where you made it, and buying again restores access to it.
A show you shared with somebody else stays theirs. It traveled as a file.
What changed on this page
25 August 2026. Until then this page said Setronome was bought inside the iPhone app and that there was no way to buy it on this website, and it promised that if that ever changed, this page would say so before it did. It changed: this website is where the purchase is made and where the charge comes from. It appears on your statement as SETRONOME, which was corrected the same day after this page had named the company instead.
Who provides Setronome
Setronome is made and operated by Sugar Land Collective LLC, a Texas limited liability company, trading as SL Collective. Contact: support@setronome.io.
Chargebacks
If something has gone wrong, please write to us before disputing the charge with your bank. A refund is faster, and it is not conditional on anything: there is no argument to have.
Partial refunds
There are none, because there is nothing to refund part of. Setronome is one purchase of one thing at one price.
Payment problems
If you were charged and nothing unlocked, write to support@setronome.io with the date of the purchase and the email address on your Setronome account. For a purchase made inside the iPhone app, the receipt Apple emailed you is enough to find it. A payment that cannot be matched to an account is held rather than guessed at, and it is fixed by hand, quickly, by somebody who can see both sides.
